Pure and simple almond milk. You’re in luck because it’s very easy to make, all you need is a blender!
1 C Almonds
1 C Dates
1/8 t Sea Salt
Pinch of vanilla bean
5 C Water
Put everything in the blender and blend (be careful and secure the lid!)
Strain everything through a nut bag or cheese cloth (this is the fun part!). You can use the pulp for other recipes!
